How Do You Facilitate Change And Innovation?

Successful learning is not necessarily represented with better test scores, improved sales, or reduced errors.

The true value from innovation happens through transformation and the increased capacity for learning and application.

In my latest book, The Innovation of Learning, I make the case that learning:

  • Frames the way we think about new ideas.
  • Is foundational to change, innovation, and performance.

When an organization succeeds, it is likely because learning was an intentional consideration. When organizations fail, learning is often not valued or fostered.

In this excerpt from the book, I talk about how to facilitate change and innovation in learning environments
